Flos Light Shadow Dots

Recessed indoor luminaires. The natural evolution of Light Shadow, now available in Dots and Pro versions. Due to their main qualities (reduced size, high performance and great screening), they facilitate total integration into spaces. The family was born of the need for a compact, easy to- install luminaire, with the distinctive Flos style, able to produce high efficiency lighting, while respecting the highest standards of visual comfort, in versions with black screening bodies. The new Pro versions are the result of a careful optical research. Dual focus lens specifically developed by FLOS for these products. Ensures maximum optical control and exceptionally even light beams. Light Shadow Pro takes advantage of an innovative micro-textured silicone lens that allows extreme control as well as providing absolute efficiency, heat resistance and maximum quality in light distribution. It incorporates an LED Array with an innovative light projection treatment that allows very narrow optics and general lighting. Integrated full cut-off. The optical kit available includes 5 differentiated beam openings, each developed for a specific target application. Whether it’s intensive beams or diffused light effects, optical control is always exceptional and fall-off is totally absent.

Optical system

• Light Shadow Dots 1/2/4 spots: Spot, Medium, Flood, Wide Flood. 2700K, 3000K.
• Light Shadow Pro Ø60 Super Spot, Spot, Medium, Flood, Wide Flood. 2700K, 3000K, 4000K.
• Light Shadow Pro Ø90 Super Spot, Spot, Medium, Flood, Wide Flood. 2700K, 3000K, 4000K. The family is offered with super narrow, accent and general lighting optics. As a solution dedicated to more decorative settings, the following range of colours has been developed for the interior of the luminaire: white, matte gold, chrome and black (high comfort optics). The black finish brings maximum visual comfort, avoids glare and totally hides the LED source from direct view.

Power Supply Remote equipment not included. Dimmable version available with 1-10V, DALI and Casambi. For Casambi management (Max. 200 luminaires) it is mandatory to use fixtures in the Casambi version. For managing and controlling the Casambi system, the FLOS Control® app powered by Casambi for mobile devices is necessary (available in the Apple Store and Google Play). 110V units available on request.

Accessories The pre-installation frame made of plastic material is always required for installation in false ceiling, to be ordered separately. The Pro version is available in the Trim and No Trim versions. The Dots version is only available in the No Trim version. The installation frame must be ordered separately and remote access to the driver is necessary in some cases. To use only one driver for various spots, connect the spots in series. The driver should be connected directly to the recessed frames in the Dots version.

Additional Information Installation frames are designed for installation on ceilings up to 25mm of thickness. IP20, IP23, IP54 protection grade depending on the versions. Insulation class III. Suitable for installation on normally inflammable surfaces
